Where's my order?
If we receive your order by 12pm it is usually dispatched that same day (Monday to Friday) and many of our customers inform us that they have received their order the next morning! However due to the unpredictable nature of the Royal Mail it can sometimes take a little longer. For a rough idea of when you can expect to receive your book please see our chart below.

We have supplied thousands of books to our customers and whilst the Royal Mail can sometimes take its time to get a delivery to its destination we find that an order very rarely gets lost. If you believe that your order should have arrived by now and hasn't please contact us and we will investigate its whereabouts with the Royal Mail.
How will you pack my order?
With great care! All our books are well packaged to ensure safe delivery to you and we are constantly evolving this process to give your orders the most protection we can.
If however you received your order and feel it has not withstood the Royal Mail experience please let us know how we could better it. Your feedback is extremely important to us and helps to improve our service - afterall "if we don't know it's broke, we can't fix it!"
How do I know if you've posted my book?
You will receive an email from us when your book has been given to Royal Mail to deliver. If you have not received this email within 1 to 2 working days of placing your order please double check that the email address you have on Amazon or eBay is correct. If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to check on the status of your order.
I bought a book, but need to cancel. How do I do this?
Please get in touch as soon as possible after you placed the order to ensure it does not get posted out to you. If the book has been posted out to you already, you will need to return it to us as soon as you receive it and we will then be happy to issue you with a refund (not including the postage & packaging charge).
I have changed my mind and would like to return a book, how do I do this?
If for any reason you would like to return a book purchased from us, you can post it back to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it, we will then issue you a refund for the item (excluding postage). Please contact us if you would like to do this and we will be happy to help.
I'm looking for a specific book, do you have it?
Please visit our Amazon Shop and use the search box provided to check if we have a copy of the book you are looking for. If we don't have the book listed on Amazon this doesn't mean we don't have it in stock, or that we can't find it for you. Please click here to complete our Book Request Form and we will look for the book you need.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, we are happy to accept payment by cheque, however your book will only be sent once the cheque has cleared (usually after 7 working days). We would also recommend that you open a paypal account if you are going to be making purchases on eBay regularly as they offer guarantees on your purchases.
